Inspect your packages upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an error occur, we will work with you to find an appropriate remedy to the problem. Upon obtaining prior authorization, we will fulfill requests to exchange products that do not meet expectations or specifications, although due to the nature of our products this is only possible for standard stock items. All requests for a return must be made within 60 days from the time the product is received. Any shipping charges incurred in returning products mis-shipped by us will be covered by us, while all other return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
