The PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MAXIprep Kit is designed to provide a simple and easy-to-use method for large-scale extraction and purification of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from cultured bacterial cells. This purification technology is based on plasmid binding to silica-coated magnetic beads, which allows for efficient removal of genomic DNA, protein, salt, and other contaminants.
