<p>GenCrispr Cas9-N-NLS nuclease is the recombinant <i>Streptococcus pyogenes</i> Cas9 (wt) protein with a N-terminal nucleic localization signal (NLS) that can be used for genome editing by inducing site-specific DNA double stranded breaks.
