Description

SU 5402 is an inhibitor of the tyrosine kinase domains of VEGFR2, FGFR1, and PDGFRβ (IC50s = 0.02, 0.03, and 0.51 µM, respectively). It is much less effective against other receptor tyrosine kinases. SU 5402 is commonly used to evaluate the role of FGFR1 in cellular functions.
