Thirteen microscope slides selected to guide students through the events of cell division. Mitosis is demonstrated in onion root tip and fish blastodisc. Meiosis is demonstrated in lily anther and ovulary. Includes a study guide. Available with or without a CD-ROM with 43 images made from the slides. Updated manual included.

I agree with the other review. We received 4 decent mitosis slides and the fish slides both had folded up tissue due to poor histology. to go with the we received about 14 slides of meiosis in a plant. None of my students will be able to understand any of that nor could we split 4 slide up in a classroom. We do not teach plant biology so they would have no idea of what they are looking at. We have a very limited budget and I am really sad we spent it on these.
