For use with Using DNA Barcodes to Identify and Classify Living Things kits (items #211385, #211385P, #211386, #211386P, #211387, and #211387P). Primer is in cresol red loading solution for PCR amplification of genes needed for conducting DNA barcoding. Instructions and protocols for DNA barcoding can be found in the appropriate activity section of the Using DNA Barcodes to Identify and Classify Living Things kit manual. This primer set allows students to amplify and sequence samples from fish. Tube contains sufficient materials for 25 student reactions. 700 µL.
