Very happy with the quality of the product and service. First shipment arrived frozen. Adjustments to the teaching schedule had to be made but replacement plate arrived packed in Styrofoam with a heat pack in perfect condition and asci were at the correct stage for use on the day we had requested. Cant ask for better service.
However shipping cost was more than the plate itself.

The shipping costs were pretty high....but the quality was very good. I did let it sit for about 6 days in the incubator before I used it...that gave it time to grow more fruiting bodies. I had plenty for 14 students to make more than one slide from one petri dish.
