I needed to inoculate 50 small petri dishes and one tube was more than enough. All the plates grew successful E. coli lawns.

Some of the bacteria mast have been dead on arrival. I used copious amounts for each petri dish (a total of 9 petri dish) and 4 of the petri dishes did not grow...

Some bacteria dead on arrival
Shane L.
Some of the bacteria mast have been dead on arrival. I used copious amounts for each petri dish (a total of 9 petri dish) and 4 of the petri dishes did not grow any colonies whatsoever. I also made sure to use the bacteria quickly, and to keep it in an environment where it wouldnt die.
