It is always wonderful to get the caterpillars - have been doing this for more than 15 years - first with my kindergarten and now with my garden club.. But I think the amount of food was just a bit less than what I needed since there were a wonderful 6 extra and I had to go find appropriate leaves to feed them . It has been interesting to see that there have been a few that seemed to be a day or two younger than others. We are now all waiting for them to emerge.
