The prestained living organisms are excellent for teaching and photomicrography. Each culture contains enough material for a class of 30 students. Any amoeba in two jars were either dead or undetectable. My students were very disappointed.

Actually, while these were great, the regular unstained Amoeba were just as vibrant and visible. Next time I won,t order stained!

I like the vitachrome amboebas. They are much easier for the students to find and lead to many "Oh, Wow" exclamations.
