Will I still be charged if I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you will not be charged. If you cancel after this time, there may be a restocking fee applied. There is a pending charge on my card from when I ordered, but now I have canceled the order.
Will this be refunded?
Yes, this will be refunded. If the charge is still pending, it will not appear on the card’s statement.
Can I cancel my order once it’s been confirmed?
This is product-dependent and you may be charged a restocking fee.
Can I cancel an order from inside my profile?
Yes, within your order there is a "CANCEL ORDER" feature; once that option is selected, a window will open to approve the cancellation. Select "Approve" to proceed with cancellation or "Cancel" to go back to your order.
Can a fellow lab member cancel my order?
I sent an email requesting to cancel my order but never received confirmation of the cancellation. How can I be sure my order is canceled?
