ssDNA/RNA Clean & Concentrator saved me so much time and effort from isopropanol precipitation, washing, dissolving of RNA. It is extremely easy to use and the efficiency is very high. What is amazing is that you can isolate RNA of different sizes with a simple adjustment of reagent amount. The technical supports are very knowledgable and they helped me with troubleshooting with great patience. I will definitely stick to Zymo product line in future.

This product worked as advertized, and has an impressive binding capacity for soaking up contaminating dsDNA- which you need to deplete for many ssDNA/RNA applications. One limitation is that the columns are not compatible with processing in parallel on a vacuum manifold - the matrix of the column is too tight for that! You need to centrifuge them for them to function.
