Description

Human D-dimer (DD), a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, is released into the bloodstream during clot breakdown. It is used as an indicator of blood clots, venous thromboses or pulmonary embolisms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich ELISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1M sodium chloride, 0.1% Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final sodium chloride concentration in plasma samples should be ≥ 0.5M. Optimal dilutions to be determined...
