USDA or USDOT regulations restrict this item from shipping to these locations: Alabama, Alaska, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin. Restricted states will be shipped Elodea canadensis, Elodea najas, or Chara, depending on availability. Dwarf African frogs cannot be shipped into AK and VA; guppies will be substituted. HI residents must contact the HI Department of Agriculture before ordering. Canadian customers must apply for a Canadian Department of Agriculture permit to receive elodea.
