CHEMetrics Dissolved Oxygen Refill

The Dissolved Oxygen Refill kit is great. Your packaging for the shipment was very much sub-par. the kit is a series of glass ampules packaged in a cardboard case. It should have been shipped in a small box or envelope, but wrapped in some sort of bubble wrap, or foam wrap. Instead both teh origianl shipmnet and the replacement shipment were sent in paper envelopes. Both shipments were damaged. I was able to find enough unbroken ampules between the two shipments to equal the amount of one kit.
