This MicroKwik Culture® is freeze-dried cells plus medium in a vial. The culture is Gram+, nonmotile cocci in clusters; with yellow pigment. It is cultured on nutrient agar at 25° C. Each culture contains enough material for a class of 30 students. Cultures are guaranteed as to species and purity.
