CD154 is a member of the TNF family of molecules. It binds to CD40 and acts as a co-stimulatory molecule by activating antigen presenting cells, such as B cells. While CD154 is mostly found expressed on activated T cells.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
