Description
GTP-binding protein that has very low efficiency as allosteric activator of the cholera toxin catalytic subunit, an ADP-ribosyltransferase. Can activate phospholipase D with very low efficiency. Important for normal function of the Golgi apparatus.
Applications:
Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at...
