Rho GTPase activating protein that suppresses F-actin polymerization by inhibiting Rho. Rho GTPase activating proteins act by converting Rho-type GTPases to an inactive GDP-bound state. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:500 Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
